Heather Cameron is a trauma‑informed therapist, Clinical Sexologist, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner‑in‑training. For more than a decade, she has supported women across Western Canada to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and foster deeper intimacy with self and others. Is this course a replacement for therapy?
No. It’s an educational, self‑guided program. It complements therapy but isn’t a substitute for professional care.
If you’re in crisis, please seek immediate local support.
How much time do I need each day?
Most practices take 10–20 minutes. You can go slower and repeat days as needed.
What if I get overwhelmed?
You’ll learn pacing, titration, and resourcing. You can pause, skip, or modify any exercise.
You may also schedule a session with Heather Cameron for additional support
How long do I have access?
You’ll have ongoing access to the materials, so you can revisit practices anytime.
Do I need any special equipment?
No. A quiet space, comfortable clothing, and something to write with are enough.
Can this help alongside my current therapy?
Yes. Many participants use these practices between sessions to build regulation skills
