Liberated Connections provides an eclectic approach towards therapy, utilizing several
different therapeutic models to best suit both individuals and couples at this point in their journey.
Every person and relationship has their own journey. At any point along our journey, we
are able to recreate and redirect where our happiness lays within. At times, we may
seek out a therapist to be authentically present with us providing a safe place for us to
be vulnerably courageous and talk about that which concerns us the most.
Liberated Connections offers a safe and accepting environment for all identities, sexual
orientations, and chosen lifestyles, to explore, learn and genuinely be yourself.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Talking about our innermost difficulties, especially sexual difficulties, with a
stranger, can be intimidating.
Liberated Connections is committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you will be able to freely explore sensitive issues, be genuine to yourself and receive practical help, to overcome your concerns and reach your goals.
Initial consultations are completed by phone. This will allow the opportunity for
you to explore if working with Liberated Connections is right for you.
It is also very important that you feel comfortable speaking to your therapist.
Phone consultations also provide the therapist with an opportunity to find out a bit more about what has brought you to therapy.
If you decide to move forward with therapy an Intake Form and Therapy Contract will be provided for you to review and fill out.
Sessions will be held online through a secure and encrypted network.
Unless you request Nature Therapy which will be held in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.
Liberated Connections offers talking-only therapy.
You will never be asked to undress and any homework that is recommended will be done in the privacy of your own home.
