Sex Positive Counselling

Is the process of which a counsellor helps an individual or couple to understand and solve their sexual concerns in a positive way to help them cope with the mental or emotional stressors that may be impacting their lives.

Sex Coaching

Is a solution focused approach that incorporates education and techniques for individuals and couples to help increase their sexual intimacy.

Hypnotherapy is a deep state of relaxation that utilises the power of positive suggestion to bring about subconscious change to our thoughts, feelings and behaviour.

The process itself aims to alter our state of consciousness in a way that relaxes the conscious part of the mind while at the same time stimulating and focussing the subconscious part of the mind. This heightened state of awareness - reached using skilled relaxation techniques - allows the therapist to then make appropriate suggestions.

Hypnosis can be used in many different healing aspects. Sexual anxiety, pre-natal anxiety, couples trying to conceive, body image, rapid ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, sexual trauma, shame, guilt and embarrassment and Vaginismus.

What is the difference between counselling and therapy?

Counselling is the process of which a counsellor helps an individual understand and solve issues to help them cope with mental or emotional stressors. For example, counselling generally works to find solutions to specific problems such as learning how to positively communicate with others.

Therapy involves talking about your situation in order to gain more insight and understanding about issues such as moods, feelings, behaviour and ways of thinking.

What is the difference between sex positive counselling and sex coaching?

Sex positive counselling is directed to help support the mental and emotional impact that sexual concerns may have in peoples lives.

Sex coaching is directed towards education and techniques to help find a natural, holistic solution to sexual concerns.

Does sex coaching mean there are hands on work and nudity?

No. Liberated Connections uses a “talk only” approach with its positive sex counselling/coaching.

Will I be under your control while being hypnotized?

No. We provide hypnotism for healing, not entertainment. You will experience a deep state of relaxation and will have complete control over your conscience mind and body.
